Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3/18/2026

This Privacy Policy describes how FixHackLearn processes information when you interact with the platform as a tenant owner, organizer, participant, judge, mentor, sponsor, or recruiter.

  1. 1. Data controller model

FixHackLearn operates a multi-tenant platform. In most cases, tenant organizations act as data controllers for information stored in their environments, and FixHackLearn operates as a processor or service provider on their behalf.

  2. 2. Information we collect

Information processed through the platform depends on how each tenant configures their events and workflows. Categories may include account details, profile information, submissions, judging data, communication logs, and usage metadata.

  3. 3. How information is used

FixHackLearn uses information to deliver and secure the Service, operate AI-augmented features, improve reliability and performance, and provide analytics to tenant administrators. Use of data for AI features is constrained to the scope of the platform and configured tenant integrations.

  4. 4. Legal bases

Where privacy laws require a legal basis, processing typically relies on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating the platform, and compliance with legal obligations. Tenants may define additional bases when collecting information from their participants.

  5. 5. Data sharing

FixHackLearn may share information with infrastructure providers, AI model providers, and other subprocessors that support the Service. Tenant administrators control optional integrations such as communication tools, code repositories, or analytics platforms.

  6. 6. International transfers

Because FixHackLearn is a cloud-based platform, information may be processed in multiple regions subject to applicable safeguards. Where required, data transfer mechanisms or contractual protections are implemented.

  7. 7. Data retention

Retention periods depend on tenant configuration, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. Tenant administrators control when projects, events, and accounts are archived or deleted within the platform.

  8. 8. Security

FixHackLearn uses technical and organizational measures to protect information, including tenant isolation, access controls, and monitoring. No system is entirely immune from risk; tenants are responsible for configuring roles and permissions aligned with their policies.

  9. 9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing. Requests related to data in a specific tenant should be directed to that tenant's administrators.

  10. 10. Children

FixHackLearn is intended for use by organizations and participants who meet the age requirements set by the applicable tenant and jurisdiction. Tenants are responsible for ensuring their programs comply with local regulations.

  11. 11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the platform.

  12. 12. Contact

For questions about this Policy, contact your FixHackLearn account representative or use the support channel associated with your tenant.
