Terms of Service
Last updated: 3/20/2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the FixHackLearn platform (the "Service"). By creating a tenant, logging in, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and tenants
Tenant owners are responsible for the configuration of their environment, including branding, integrations, and access controls. You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and ensure that users operating under your tenant comply with these Terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights of others, compromise security, or disrupt other tenants. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, distribution of malware, misuse of AI features, and attempts to circumvent technical protections.
3. Customer content
You retain ownership of content submitted to your tenant ("Customer Content"). You grant FixHackLearn the rights necessary to operate the Service, including storing, processing, transmitting, and displaying Customer Content to the appropriate users and integrations configured in your tenant.
4. AI features
The Service may include AI-augmented capabilities such as summaries, clustering, and scoring assistance. These features are assistive only; they do not replace human judgment. You remain responsible for decisions made using AI outputs and for informing participants how those outputs are used.
5. Fees and billing
Where applicable, tenants are billed based on subscription tier and usage. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account and to keep billing information up to date. FixHackLearn may suspend access for unpaid or overdue invoices.
6. Confidentiality and security
FixHackLearn operates a multi-tenant architecture with logical isolation between tenants. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Content, but no system is completely free of risk. You are responsible for role configuration and access delegation inside your tenant.
7. Service modifications
We may update or modify the Service to improve performance, security, or functionality. Where changes materially impact tenants, we aim to provide reasonable notice through product communications channels.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. FixHackLearn disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixHackLearn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact your FixHackLearn account representative or the support channel associated with your tenant.
